How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $60 (£60 in the UK, €60 in the EU). Under that it's a flat $10 (£10 / €10, or the local equivalent) to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and more.
When will my order arrive?
Everything is printed to order. Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days in the US and 7–14 business days everywhere else. You get a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What about returns?
Because each piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size, so if you're unsure about your size, email us before ordering and we'll help. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement (or a refund if a replacement isn't possible).
How does the sizing work?
All our hoodies and sweatshirts are unisex. Order your usual size for a relaxed fit, or size up one or two for that oversized, borrowed-from-someone look. Not sure? Email us your usual size and how you like it to fit, and we'll tell you what to get.
How do I wash it?
Inside out, cold water, gentle cycle, low tumble dry or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Your footnote will thank you.
