Refund policy

At The Niche Community, every product is custom-made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this made-to-order approach, our policies differ slightly from traditional retail stores. Please review the rules below before purchasing.

Size Exchanges and Buyer's Remorse

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, choose the wrong color, or simply change your mind. We highly encourage you to closely review the sizing charts provided on every product page before checking out to ensure the perfect fit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, features a visible manufacturing error (such as a poor-quality print), or is the wrong item entirely, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a refund.
You must report the issue to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
You must provide a clear photograph showing the defect or damage, along with your order number.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
