These terms apply to purchases from thenichecommunity.store, operated by NICHE APPAREL LIMITED, trading as The Niche Community ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and are charged at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is listed at an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud; if we cancel, you get a full refund.

2. Products

Products are printed to order. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the real thing, and small variations in print placement are normal for printed apparel.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, text and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. United States customers

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your US state.

8. UK and EU customers

You keep all rights given to you by the consumer laws of the country you live in, including the 14-day right to cancel described in our Refund policy. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales or the courts of your home country.
