Shipping policy

Every piece is printed to order by our print partners, then shipped to you.

United States

  • Delivery time: 3–6 business days (order to delivery, estimated).
  • Cost: free on orders over $60. Orders under that ship for a flat $10.
  • Tracking: you get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Rest of the world (including the UK, EU, Canada and Australia)

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days (order to delivery, estimated).
  • Cost: free on orders over $60 (£60 in the UK, €60 in the EU, or the local equivalent shown at checkout). Under that, a flat $10 (£10 / €10) or the local equivalent.
  • Duties and import taxes: depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. Where they are collected at checkout they are shown before you pay; otherwise the carrier may collect them on delivery.

Good to know

  • Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons, holidays or carrier delays.
  • Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.
  • Please double-check your address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it at your cost.
  • If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or it says delivered but you don't have it, email us at contact@thenichecommunity.store and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
